The following Return Policy applies to all online purchases made through www.blackashmere.com.
- FINAL SALES: All sales of e-gift certificates, accessories and items marked as Sale are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for store credit.
- For all other items, to be eligible for a store credit as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn with tags intact and must be accompanied by the original return form.
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the shipped date. If your online purchase does not meet your expectations, please mail the merchandise to our Returns address for a store credit. Return shipping is non-refundable and you are responsible for any shipping fees. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.

Your order will include an invoice, return form, and/or customs documents. On your Return Form, check off the items you wish to return and list the return reason codes.
Securely pack your merchandise and Return Form in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible). Place the pre-printed Return Label on the outside of your package. Please note that the Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and fees from the shipping carrier. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s).
