Shipping Policies

99% of our packages are shipped USPS (United States Postal Service) with tracking.  In the majority of cases, the package can be delivered to a mailbox.  However, in the event, a package is oversized it may be left at the discretion of the postal worker delivering the package in the most secure location that they find fit.  Tracking numbers are provided for every package shipped.  The order processing time is 24-48 business days M-F.  Orders placed after hours will be processed on the next business day. Transit times typically are 3-5 business days in addition to the order processing times. 

Orders over $50 will require a signature.  In the event you are unable to be present during delivery the package will be held at the carrier facility and will require you to pick up.  We understand that this may not be desired however we had to make a tough decision to mitigate mail delivery abuse. 

In the event, package tracking shows delivered but you feel as though you have not received your package please review your tracking number on the USPS website.  Please talk with your postal worker and or local post office.  This will help you get a detailed description of delivery details.  If you have any issues with the delivery please message us right away so that we may assist you with tracking your package.  All claims of non-receipt of a package and we are unable to retrieve are reported to the US postmaster and local law enforcement. 

Any order that is undeliverable by the carrier and is returned to the sender (Blackashmere) a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund amount.  Please ensure that your shipping address is correct ALWAYS before placing an order.
